All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed within 2 days of business counted from Monday. When we have unexpected numbers of orders the processing time can take longer than usual. When this occurs we inform you directly by email.

You can pickup your order the next business day. We send you an email to discuss a time. We aren’t full time at this location.
All our orders are shipped with Correos, orders above 500 grams and orders shipped outside the EU will always be shipped with a tracking code. You will receive this code in your email when we processed your shipping. Most of our items have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks.

All our items are shipped from Fuerteventura (Canary Islands, Spain), due to the fact that we are an island it can take up to three weeks before you received your order. We hope for your understanding.

As soon as your order is processed and is shipped you will receive your track and trace number.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

After we received the products and they are in the same conditions we send them we will email you in order to arrange the refund.**
*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
** Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot get a full refund. In this case, you will receive a partial refund or no refund when the product is badly damaged. We will let you know our decision by email.
Studio Island Breeze is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Studio Island Breeze is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
